Return Box

I cancelled Dish and they sent me a box to return the equipment but they sent just one box to return 2 HWS and 2 Joeys. The box comes with plastic trays that are designed for 1 Hopper and multiple Joeys.

Should I call Dish and ask for another box? Should I toss the plastic trays and just put on the equipment in the one box with my own packing?

Just put it all in 1 box. If you request a second box they will charge you for 2 labels.

They are the ones who sent the box, it's their fault if it gets damaged.

Pack it the best you can

So today another return box arrived. I already modified the first box and packed everything into it and was about to ship it back.

Will it matter if I DON'T use the second box and return label? I am just wondering if they might be looking for both return labels to come back and if I only use one it might cause an issue.
