SatelliteGuys provides a dedicated disk slice where we store reference and archive information for you.

It is located at
Code:
https://www.satelliteguys.us/resources
LINK

It presently contains:
  • Beam Footprints - the beam footprint library for all DIRECTV satellite beams
  • DMA Maps - Very High Resolution Nielsen PDF Maps
  • Earth Stations - a listing of all DIRECTV earth stations
  • SHEF - the interactive communication applicable to some DIRECTV receivers
  • TPN_Map Archives - a stash of Transponder Maps back to 2009

The /resources now contains LogoID_Library_230503, a fresh copy of the DIRECTV channel logos.

This current version is 7 logos larger than last month's library.

Sadly it looks like we won't be getting online logo updates anymore after they replaced the satellite based guide with the stream based guide. There hasn't been any additions or updates to the directv.com server after the switchover, even though 2 logo_asset updates have gone out on satellite since then, including replacing the HLN logo with their new one (420 & 860), replacing the HD logos for ESPNU (938) and Tennis (772), the addition of the DBACKS logo (143), and replacing Sunday Ticket's Red Zone logo with NFL Network Red Zone's logo (865).

How do you know those logo updates (more specifically with the D-back's and RedZone) happened when you no longer have an up-to-date source?
