I have installed another dish and junked the 1st one.
Still trying to align it.
I need 1 or 2 c-band birds as far to the west as I can get.

Galaxy 18(123 degrees) or anik f3(118.8 degrees) would be good I think.
These were not set up on the Pansat.
The manual talks about down frequency, symbol rate and lnb polarity.

So for Galaxy 18 the down frequency would be 4176, the symbol rate ??
It's hard to set on the Pansat and I don't know what to set it to.
The lnb polarity is Horizontal. Then I have to set up a transponder, Right?
Tp24 is in the clear. The Jewish channel.

So for Anik F3 the down frequency would be 3920, the symbol rate ??

Tp6a is in the clear and has wbki-tv and a bunch of others.
Thanks for any help.

G18 use to be G10 so check that in the list

To add a transponder to the list
antenna setup (password)
edit sat/TP (last on the list)
select the satellite (press OK)
edit TP (press OK)
NEW (press OK)
enter the transponder info and press OK

Thanks for the help.
Still a little confused about SR.
For instance G18 for TP24 says the SR is 700. Right above it there is a line with DVB 20000.
Which one to use? Have no idea what the 3.4 for is about.

The SR is 20000, the 710 you see is the Video PID (usually don't have to manually enter that info)

I found this pic somewhere......
