remote question

I have two tvs hooked to one HD receiver. One is the main theater and the other is a TV outside the theater room(both tvs display same channel}. What kind of remote I can use so that I can change channels when we are watching TV outside? Can I add a small antenna to the back of receiver and use a dish UHF remote?
