Today, I called and ordered Directv and was told I could take advantage of the refer-a-friend program because my dad has a Directv account. After getting off the phone, I realized that the AT&T representative didn't ask for my dad's directv account number. What should I do to make sure I get the $10 off per month for 10 months? Is there a phone number that would be best to call, or can I give the information to the installer when they do the install? Any suggestions would be helpful.
