Record light turned red?

I swear yesterday I saw the normally orange record light on the HR20's front panel turn red for a few seconds. What does this mean?

At one time we did give our permission for Nielson to keep track through our DVR of what we watch.

Not my data. I went on the website and checked the option to block all viewing data collection. I have an item on my bill that says block viewing data collection, which has a charge of 0.00 listed.
