Recent upgrade to Hopper Joey "Whats Hot" not working

When I hit blue button while in the guide I get message No Info Available. Is this a problem with S230? Any suggestions?

My Hopper was not showing what's hot last weekend no matter what I did. It is working on a Joey linked to the same Hopper right now though.

Thanks. Works on Nationals. Unfortunatly it will not hold National as default, keeps going back to Locals the next time I hit the blue button

That's true. Also, no word on what the criteria is for 'Local'....
