Having problems seeing sat 77. I can get 72, and 61.5...

Attached is a picture of my installation summary. Maybe someone can tell me where I'm going wrong? What should I check?

It is possible that the 512 (is that the receiver, or is it a 612?) may not have the software downloaded in order to "see" 77.

Its a 512... its one of the "newer" receivers they have. Its a 522/625 with a newer software on it, and its only a single tuner receiver. Its no long capable of being a dual tuner, its just a dual receiver so you can record one show while watching another.

I have noticed that the 301/311 receivers will also pickup the 77 satellite signal but it will not be able to decrypt it due to the MPEG-4 that is on the satellite. It would be useful if they put the one station they have on the satellite that says congratulations you are receiving 77 in MPEG-2 and also state that this satellite requires an MPEG-4 receiver to view programming and if you are seeing this message then you may need a new receiver to call Dish Network for more information.
