Rate Plan Help - Cheapest PLan w\ESPN + Fox Sports?

I am going to hook my cable back up for Football season and really only need 2 channels (ESPN,Fox Sports Southwest). It looks like the Turbo HD Silver package is the cheapest option. Its $39.99 per month. I do not want a contract so promotional pricing is not a option,

Does anyone have a cheaper way? It doesn't have to HD.
