Looking to switch to D*. How does the HR20 work? How many total tuners does the HR20 have (OTA and SAT). How many shows can I record at the same time?

note that on other forums i've read it's unlikely you will get an HR20 anymore. Just an hr21. so if OTA is a must for you, you may be out of luck. and no directv cant promise a particular receiver.

I would call the company doing the install and see if they have a hr20.

Actually, the HR20 has 2 satellite and 2 OTA tuners. You can record two shows at the same time. And, as was pointed out, the HR21 doesn't have OTA.
