Question(s) about HD locals

Two questions! Is there a current list of cities that offer HD locals? Also, are all the locals on "spotbeams" that require you to be real close to the local's DMA? I know that dish still has a CBS HD(New York & Los Angeles) that are available nation-wide on 61.5 & 148 if you qualify......just wondering what else would be available across the US.

See this thread: http://www.satelliteguys.us/showthread.php?t=79110 for cities. Most are on CONUS transponders on 129 or 61.5, but a few, I'm not certain which ones, are on spots on 110.
