Question re Tribune blacked out

For those of you who have the local affiliate blacked out for ABC or Fox, Do you still see fox / abc content on demand?

I see it but when selecting a show it says "subscribe"....so it's not actually available.

Unable to access Fox programming on Demand in the Denver area, our affiliate is owned by Tribune. I can see it but get a message when trying to start it.
