question about lexington ky locals

i just noticed on lyngsat website that lexington ky locals are on a conus beam. is that true? also if i was to install the dish in lexington and then 2 months later i was to move it to new york, would it be easy to transfer service so that i can get the new york locals?

You should have any problems with moving and switching locals to the NY locals when you move.
