Question about Free HD Upgrade

I recently called retention and asked for a free upgrade to HD programming. They're coming on the 11th to install my new equipment. Can anyone tell me what this work order means?

DIRECTV 5-LNB Multi-Satellite Dish

DIRECTV HD Rec. (Expanded HD Prog. Capable)

Keep in mind, I don't have a DVR anywhere in my home. That's the part I don't understand.

swap one rec for a HD dvr, upgrade dish to 5LNB dish.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like I'm getting a better deal than I thought. Originally they said I would be getting a HD reciever, but never mentioned the DVR, what a nice surprise!

I'm confused too. I just ordered my upgrade today. What does 'swap relocate DVR IRD' mean? I don't have a DVR either???
