Question about DirectTV D10 receiving

Hi, everyone. I have a question about the DirectTV receiving. Today I just asked a technician to install the DirectTV system for me, including installed the Dish. But soon I found that the system cannot work and I can't see any program.

The TV shows "Searching for satellite signal. Please stand by." And I ran the self-testing, it said that the tuner has some problem, and only 2 transponder can receive signal.

I am wondering what's the problem is? Is the Dish or LNA problem or cable's connection problem??? I will check the installation of the antenna tomorrow......

I'd call that installer and have him come out to finish the installation. I'm guessing the dish isn't aligned right if you're only getting 2 transponders. Which transponders are you getting?
