I should hope they are holding up for 3 months. It's not a 360.

The PS3 comes with a one year warranty. I just purchased one recently at BB and their extended warranty was $99, but for only two years. I turned down the plan because I wanted to go with a longer/better Sony extended service plan (ESP)...however, as of today Sony Style nor their service department offer an ESP - can't even request an invite. I was told that Sony is working up a service plan for the PS3, but so far there are no detail. In any case, the BB extended warranty is available for up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
