PS3 Devil May Cry 4 Demo is up!

Just to let you guys know both versions are identical, and the PS3 version will support rumble when the DS3 gets released.
So on top of the SIXAXIS you get rumble, which is amazing!
I am going to get this time Its going to be sweet.

I just got finish, playing the demo xbox360 version. I must say DMC4 is the most stunning graphical game I ever laid my eyes on. I was planning to buy the ps3 verison because I played the DMC 1-3 games on the ps2 and playstation controller is best controller to use on DMC games. The graphocs looks so good I was curious to see the game being played on my pc with the Radeon HD 3870 video card. So I might buy it for pc and use this pc logitech controller that looks and acts like a playstation contoller.

I tried both versions today, and I agree with you Heavie, I like the PS3 controller more, I also played the previus versions, and I like the PS3 controller..
Plus we are getting the DS3, which is going to be great.
Overall I think DMC is awesome, Graphics are better than GoW, probably better than any console games out there for now.

Yup, take my word for it, you will love it.
From the little I played, I was very impressed.
This game is a must own for any 360/PS3 owners.
The PS3 Dual Shock 3 will be supported for this game.
After playing the demo, I just can't wait for the full game release.
DMC in HD = addiction.

I must admit in the past each new HD game was very good looking and the graphics gets better as time past us by. But, DMC looks so good. The game play looks better than the cutscenes. God Damn the japanese make beautiful art. There are a lot of american developers and I am proud and give credit to the beautiful visual. But, the japanese developer are still whipping our ass graphic wise. DMC4 seem to come alive, playing on my sony kds-r60xbr1.

I remember when the ps2 was at 6 month to a year of release and I had a mod chip in my ps2 and downloaded the DMC1 demo. That demo blew away every game that was out at the time graphicaly.

I don't mean to be so excited, but I have to give the visual credit.

Better than Call of Duty 4???? Because I'm blown away at the graphics on that game. Especially in Campaign mode.

Japan is the mecca of video game developers.
I love the games they make.
The PS3 is a fine piece of equipment, it was supposed to be exclusive to the PS3, but I guess they did a smart move by extending their business with the 360 too.
They will make a lot of money out of this game.
They should have hyped this game like Halo franchise, because this game has every right in the world to be up there.

I downloaded it for both my PS3 and 360 and played it on the PS3, I guess I'm the only one but I'm not really impressed. I've never played any of the other DMC games so maybe that has something to do with it.

Maybe it's just my opinion. I played both the 360 and the ps3 demo and the 360 stand out slightly better than the ps3. I saw a little jitter at the press start screen, but It still controls better with the ps3 controller and that matters the most to me.

Remember it's just a demo. DMC is a very fast combo action game like Ninja Gaiden and God of War. The further you get into the game the more better and intense it gets.

But most of the people on that roster are Japanese
The dev is American along few other people.
Also, if you played DMC4 Demo, you might want to try to play DMC 1-3 on the PS2/PS3, great games, you will understand the story better if you play them first, you will love DMC4, I am looking forward to the storyline, I can't wait for it.

Actually it takes about 30-45 minutes for the install...and while you wait there are some pictures and the story of DMC 1-3 which are really cool, the images look great...

I loved the anime series, it was great, I am planning to purchase the next volume...

I, being a person who plays a lot of pc games understands why the games has to be installed on the ps3 hard drive. The ps3 is a lot of ways like a pc. All pc games is installed on the hard drives to play.

Reasons:

1. Allow the game to load a hell of lot faster when loading new data from the hard drive to the ram, than from the disc.

2. Less wear on the blu ray lasor. No need to get data from game disc. Once the game is install the disc is only needed to verify you have a legit copy of the game to play. Like the pc.

3. Now that the game disc don't have to spin up to send data. That means no blu ray drive noises. The xbox360 dvd drive is always spinning to transfer data to the ram and that's why it's so loud.
