Could not find that's why i'm posting.
After the show tonight i call dish about my customer own third hopper not downloading the latest software it would not take a hit. After some time i just asked will you just replace the darn thing. The nice tech said sure why not.
Ok so i got the email "Return Not Required" So does mean that the replacement will be leased or purchased status? I wonder if i do have to return? When i had a leased hopper replaced it said "Return Required"
