Programming Philips Pronto NG with 811

Argh - I am having the worst time getting my philips NG to work my 811 box. I've gone through the process of capturing the codes from the box using the teach remote option in the diagnositics menu, but the remote does not respond to anything. I've contacted dish network and they said that they couldn't help me and indicated that I should return my remote...

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work? The box is on Remote Address: 4 if that matters.

I have a Pronto NG that works great with my 721 and I have used it on an older dish box (that had both RF and IR) too. The link above that NightRyder posted looks like a good spot to start. Then check out the rest of the forums on RemoteCentral - that is THE best site for help with our Pronto's.

Just wanted to give an update incase anyone else has had this problem. Boy do I feel stupid - I finally realized that my dish remote was in tv mode. Once I set it to SAT mode the teach remote process on the dish menu worked like a champ. Thanks for all of the help - if you have done everything in the forms and are still having problems - make sure your remote is in the right mode!
