Problems wathing certian DTV channels, no signal

I know nothing about Dish systems and I want to know if there is a fix to my problem:
I live down in Mexico and have a DTV system installed (US system) and during the year the channels I can watch varies, last year I watch perfectly OLN and this year I have no signal on that channel, I have more than half of the transponder with no signal. The best I can get in the ones I have signal id 55%.

Is there any LNB or power booster I can use?
I have a dual LNB and a Sony SAT A4 and a Sony Sat A55

You are out of the footprint for USA reception the best you can do is increase the size of the dish to capture more signal. If you are using a 18" dish go to a 30-36" dish.
