Every time I try to access live TV via the DISH Anywhere App, I get a pop up message asking if I want more information about getting a Sling adapter, however I already have a Sling adapter. It's connected to my Hopper and has it has the red light on. Hopper is connected to broadband. I don't know what else I should do. I've already tried unplugging and plugging back in to various USB ports and resetting the receiver.
