Problem with Guide data for WPCW (OTA-CW)

I just recently picked up CW via OTA. For some reason guide only lists Digital Service and will not list any of the CW's Programming. I did download the guide data still nothing.

Channel: WPCW
Channel Number: 019-01
Receiver: ViP 622

It's been that way ever since the digital conversion. It's annoying if you want to record something since you have to set up a manual timer.
It is strange they haven't updated the guide, especially since the info is already listed on the local satellite feed for CH 19.
