Premier Express question

Anyone know what they are planning to do with the independent contractors that express had in the midwest? Do they support them, or replace them with employees? Scared here on the whole situation, job wise anyway. Not to mention our contractor would owe us for 5 weeks completed work if we were to get released. Scary situation. Anyone help?
