PQ for Washington DC HD LIL

I just got the Dish Network 622 HD DVR installed, and noticed horrible picture quality on my HD LIL for Washington, DC, especially WRC (NBC). Some of the issues are trailing, 'disfigured' faces, lip synch and fuzziness.

I was wondering if these problems are specific to Dish, or whether people on DirecTV are experiencing the same problems?

Yes, perhaps not in the same market as you (or maybe so, I don't remember), but yes, similar issues are seen on D* as well, esp the lip sync one.

The better thing to do would be to go here and see if people receiving the DC channels OTA are seeing the same issues, that would help rule out if it's the source or screwing them up.

No, the OTA is just fine. We have a CM-4228, rotor, pre-amp, etc. and all Washington, DC HD locals are good - WUSA-DT (CBS) is the best going!
