PPV still going through????

ok we have a zero spend limit on our boxes and has a pin code enabled on both of our boxes. so why in the hell is someone still able to buy a PPV not knowing the pin code and they don't have my online acct info...
 
Whoever purchased the PPV could have done it by phone or text message.
 
Sounds like you need to talk to someone in your household, instead of DirecTV.

Sounds like you need to talk to someone in your household, instead of DirecTV.
I called in and had it blocked now they would need to verify my acct info wich they don't have. But it should have never went though with a zero spending limit set and a pin code that only I know
 
Then yell at her.

She is at fault, not DirecTV.

Then call DirecTV and set your account for no PPV.
i did yell at her and took the money from her for it!!! then blocked all PPV so i have to call em in now!!! it was just weird cause i know i didn't order it when i have the 4k disc
