PPV Spot Beam?

I moved to a different location than my service address. I just ordered PPV on-line for the first time and i can not get it to work. I called DTV and they sent it again, still don't work. When I order with remote it works. Just wondering if ordered on-line or phone if signel is spot beamed to service area?

PPV service is a CONUS feed regardless of how you order, so there might be another issue at hand.
