PPV (469) Overbooked?

Looked at the Dish Network Guide to find the OU-Akron football game on PPV tomorrow (9/5).

It's scheduled to be on 458 in SD and 469 in HD. Both channels have it blocked off for 4pm-8:30pm CT. At 8:30pm, 469 is scheduled to be UFC Pregame then UFC 191 while 458 is blank for the rest of the night.

The problem is that OU's game kicks off at 6pm and I've never watched a college football game that finished in 2 hours and 30 minutes so the OU game will most likely end well after 8:30pm

So if I order the game in HD (which I obviously would prefer), will I get cut off at 8:30pm? I don't want to waste my $39.95 to watch half a game. But I don't want to be stuck with SD on 458 if I don't have to be...

I would wait til closer to game time and see if things get changed around. They probably will.

Indeed they have. Guide's updated and the OU-Akron game is now 6pm-10:30pm with no UFC later tonight.

Dish rep told me last night that the game would only be available on 458 in SD so I'll confirm it later this afternoon before I buy but looks good!
