powerline homeplug EP-6800 to Linksys Router

Hi, I'm having quite a few problems connecting my powerline homeplug EP-6800 wirelessly to my Linksys WRT54G router.

I am able to connect to the EP-6800 and tried to set it as a wireless repeater to connect to the WRT54G. I put the MAC address of the WRT54G into the EP-6800 but it just won't connnect.

Also, I assume that once I can connect to the Internet thru the EP-6800 I can go to my receivers and find it with the MAC address of the EP-6800.

My router is 192.168.1.1, the EP-6800 is 10.0.0.3

Router and EP-6800 need to be on the same subnet. Such as 192.168.1.x
