I currently have a 625 in a bedroom so that we could connect to a phone jack. If I upgrade to HD, they will have to move the receiver into the living room because that is where we plan to use the HD. With no access to a phone jack , what are the possible solutions? I would like to connect to a phone jack to preserve my discount and continue to view caller ID on the television. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

If it's the only receiver and it's a dual tuner receiver, the phone connection fee is waived if you have the DDA package. That would not be the case if you had more than one dual tuner receiver. Additional ones would be subject to the charge. HD DVR receivers can also be connected to the internet in lieu of a phone line and avoid the fee.
