Hope you were able to keep the Alltel version of the phone and not the gimped Verizon version.

Using a Sprint Touch Pro here on the $30 SERO plan w/ a free Airave at the house. Never giving up this plan Should have a free Touch Pro 2 upgrade in a few weeks if I play my cards right.

It's going to be a trade in deal.... they've been giving free upgrades to get folks off of the touch pro and into a blackberry or touch pro 2, since the keyboards on the TP seem to flake out quite often. My keyboard is on the way out right now....

Its an employee plan offered a while back, no longer available. Tons of people jumped on it then and still have it. Its hand down the best plan offered.

I have 2 phones on it and only pay $66.36 with taxes for both Touch Pro 2 models (Wife and I) with 500min anytime + Unlimited M2M + Unlimited Data services and Text + free nights and weekends + long distance, and the list goes on and on.

BTW: For kids phone .. its no phone at all for them, heck when we were kids we had no phones and got by fine, well so can our kids today.

Are you out of your mind? I couldn't go backwards... I couldn't go back to a phone where you are forced to use the layout, colors, graphics, interface, etc that they have. Love the WinMo phones that you can pretty much make then do whatever you want them to do without anyone saying you can't.

Just got my sprint TP2 (like digi mentioned, the KB died on my old one and they swapped it out for a TP2).

Still playing, but I like the phone. Can't wait to really get it customized.

Plan wise, Sprint Everything Data Share 1500, 3 phones total, $96 a month after all taxes and fees.

ATT Blackjack 2 - unlocked and running WinMo 6.1 alnd the best phone I have had.
Also have an 8gb 2G iphone, thinking of upgrading to a 32gb 3GS, but we just sold the company and the new owners may be providing that for me, so holding off at the moment.

You are correct! Only gimping done on the TP2 was the AT&T version on the keyboard. Some consider it better, but I don't know about you, I use numbers way more than the symbols.
