They need to find a new team to work on their website. Nothing ever functions as it should on their site. When I go to "My programming" I always get this message. We cannot process your request to change your programming package. Please call 1-888-884-2741 to make these programming changes to your account.

Their CSR's are total idiots.

I did an online chat to add the free HD deal and got the new channels, but in the mean time she managed to drop me to the AT200 instead of 250.
