Pixels on 119 sat

Anyone else having pixel and lost sat problems on 119 channels. Yesterday my New York locals would not come in. Dish told me they were having problems with 301 receivers . My 501 was also having problems. Gave up on tech service reading from a book that knew less than me. I think they are having 119 problems.
