Bummer on the 10 footer. That IS low..... Nice set up. Enjoy. RT.
It IS a bummer. But, it's better than nothing. I can hit SES-2 (which is where it's currently pointed), and if I dig a little more I might be able to hit AMC-9. When I originally mounted it, the bottom lip was 4 feet above ground while pointed due South (SatMex 5). That gave me all the way to 72 degrees, which is about the limit from my location because of the Boise Front (foothills). I can't do anything about that impediment.

Nice Prodelin, Bongu! Did you fabricate the feed support?

Yes. The arms were the only thing usable, the original bracket had the mounting tabs broken off. I was hoping to find a dual polarity feed, aka ortho, but nothing has come available yet at a low enough cost.

I broke off alot of posts regarding one dish find to a new thread. Lets try and keep this thread to pics of your setups and the comments regarding that. (and not a story) ;)

A little upgrade. Added the Superdish under the Direcwav and put up the Primestar with a motor. Pixl and Tim came down from TC to pick up the steel bud I had stored and he brought me the LNB holder for the Primestar so I could put it up. Couldn't get that Superdish to pick up 83 with the FSS stacked in it, so I pulled it and stuck a Geosat pro in there and had no problem. Funny it would not work when the direcwav above it has one at 72 for the NBC Mux. Motor on small dish is interesting.
