So, I'm looking at what appears to be very similar PC based solutions: one is an internal card and the other is a USB box that connects to the computer. In particular, I'm taking a peek at the pricey TBS 5925 vs. the TBS 6925. The 6925 (internal tuner) mentions it can do CCM and Generic Stream Mode, but this is not mentioned on the USB 5925. Although I also don't understand what ACM, VCM, and Multiple Input Stream really is, I was just curious specifically as to what CCM and Generic Stream are, and what I would be "missing out" on (either theoretically or in reality) by opting for the USB model? Then a wider question: are there any ACM, VCM and M.I.S.'s on Ku-band here in North America? Unfortunately, from what I can tell with the cheaper PC solutions, they do not seem to do 16psk and may or may not do H.264.
Anyway, just throwing this out there for my education
