PBS in NY, NY? Spot Beam??

Hi, I 'live' in NY, NY and I get all the national feed locals except PBS? Is PBS on a spot beam? Is it on another channel? FYI, for 'some reason' I don't get the spot beam channels. So, how do I see PBS if I want to??? Thanks,

The PBs national feed is also not available in NY (its NOT coming from a NY PBS channel).

The local NY, NY PBS channels (there are several) are spotbeamed; the national PBS feed is not authorized in the NY, NY DMA.

Put up an OTA antenna and you'll be able to get 9-1, 11-1 and 13-1.

Okay Rob, so are you saying that you are somewhere wear you cannot use a OTA?
