You would think they do in fact go from the largest markets first, just to hit the most subscribers. When negotiations with, let's say # 4 on the list aren't going well, do they begin talking to # 5 ? I'd hope so... They repeat this down the list. Is that really what they do ? No one (here) knows... Maybe the PBS affiliate in DC is a pain in the a** and won't budge on their terms, which Dish doesn't like, so Dish has moved on. Maybe PBS at a national level has suggested their affiliates strike deals and most have been reasonable but DC is playing hardball.Can't disagree with you but I still would like to know how Dish decides which market in which order to turn on????
