parental lock???

Hello,
I have just gotten this dish.. O i dont know i suppose it was about a week or two ago. It came with a password on the parental lock. Is there anyway I can retrive that password, I have tried calling dish about 2-3 times but I wait for 20 minutes on hold and nobody ever answers... If you would happen to know how to get the password, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well bobby, im not sure, i recon its probablly just a coincidence, because i haven't heard of no "young father". But I figure i'd like to talk to him, if he found out how. If not I'm sure one of you fellers could sure enough help me? Now couldnt yea?
