I was checking some of my features and went to Max on Demand(310). I then went to specials and saw Max after dark . I tried to select it and got a message that it was locked. I tried my security code and it did not work.I then went to my settings and reviewed my parental controls and it said I had not set any passwords or controls. I called Dish and requested a Senior Agent. I was told that they have been having this problem since February. I then checked my other receivers and the same locked statement happens on my 4K Joey and Joey 2. My wireless Joey has no problems. They have no idea when this will be fixed. I asked about a reset and they said that it didn't help. The problem resets itself. Anyone have this problem and a better fix than Dish CSRs can come up with.
