I went thru this last year, canceled, waited until the day after, code worked.

How do you like Walmart +? Is it worth the money?
I prefer Krogers, $35 a year for unlimited grocery deliveries, plus you do not have to give them a tip, it is their employees and trucks, unlike places that use Door Dash and the likes.

Any Current deals for Streaming Services ?

I have a 30% off Paramount Plus, didn't know if anyone has found anything better this year ...
So far from what I have seen, they are offering discounts on a few months only.

Like Bruce pointed out ... they actually made money, so maybe they won't offer anymore.

Just viewed a TV Commercial for Paramount+, it said the Black Friday special was the discounted first two months, looks like the days of 50% off the year are over.

That is what happens when you get over 70 Million Subscribers and become profitable.

This Code is valid November 25, 2024 – December 2, 2024 and is subject to early termination (the "Redemption Period").

Last day was yesterday, promo code worked today, just as I thought.
 
So, if your currently paying Month to Month is the deal, you need to go in and Cancel and then resub ?
Can you use the same email ?
Do you need to wait a Day to sign back up, or just cancel and go back in ?

I was subscribed for the year, Black Friday deal last year, so I had to wait till the day after my subscription ended.

If you are month to month, assume same rule, you cannot apply the code till the day after the subscription ended, not the cancel date, because even if you cancelled in the middle of a monthly subscription, still have to wait till that month is over.

By the way, already cancelled, that way it will end when the year is up,do not have to worry about auto renew, because the service, unlike Paramount+, is not worth full price.
 
Now when I watch Paramount+ I cannot skip forward or backward. (And it is not live TV). When I attempt to do it, it says "Rewind and fast forward are currently disabled".

I don't remember having this limitation before? I'm using the Paramount+ app on a Sony Bravia TV.

Anyone else seeing this too?

I just went to my Paramount Plus and checked and I am able to FF and Rew ok.

Unfortunately, its :15 sec each way (no adjustments available that I know of)

Google TV’s app just sucks, always has for both of my Sony TVs.

For my Roku Ultra and my Apple TV, which I have been using for the last week, after many praising the device, deserving so, no issues at all.

Do you have the ad-supported version? I ask because that is normal during commercials. I am not seeing any problem on Paramount+ with Showtime on my Apple TV.

I just wanted to say thank you, due to your and Ronnie’s praise of the Apple TV, decided to purchase and have been using for the last week.

And extremely happy that I did, noticed an improvement in both Video and Audio quality, the remote is not as good as the Roku, but for the increased quality, I can put up with it.
