Pantec REc. not working

My pantec Mx was made into a pansat....
I have two pantec mx's the other one is working ..
the one that is not working shows in Sig. Level 99% Quality99%
even when the sat is not connected to the receiver.When the receiver is hooked up to the satellite I get no channels but the level and quality still say 99%
I have downloaded the pansat software to the receiver 3 times without a
hitch. I would like to try the Pantec Mx original firmware but can't find it.

Any help please..

Try unplug the receiver and plug it back on and see what happen.

What channels are you trying to pick up? Maybe your dish isn't alligned right.

this poster originally asked this question in a post that also contained hacking references. they keep asking the same thing now, but no hack references, which leads me to believe they are still trying to set up a hack box.
