pansat2500 & dishpro 110 119 at same time problem

I have the pansat2500 - on a Dish500 with Dishpro dual LNBF pointed for 110-119. I also have the DP34 switch which is supposed to combine the signals and allow me to use up to 4 recievers. The problem is why can i only get 110 or 119 but not both at the same time. I even have the Dishpro adapter the adapter does not seem to do anything. My system is setup fine and the switch test is ok. I have the Dish 510 reciever which works fine. I also have the Dish 522 setup in the livingroom. The Pansat never is able to get both 110 and 119. It seems like it flip flops and when i scan sometime is gets 110 channels and other time is gets 119.. Help someone please any suggestions are appreciated.
