I was wondering when someone was going to catch that! -You don't want to use gloss paint on a dish.
Took a hard look at the pictures, and couldn't really confirm gloss vs matte, so kept quiet.
There are also dull/matte clear sprays you can apply.
Might be useful for permanently sealing a decal or sticker to the dish.
Or maybe one could even go over a gloss surface with a ScotchBrite pad to knock off the shine.
Not sure if that would ruin the paint surface, so not suggesting it, but maybe another member with more knowledge on the subject will comment.
I've used the 99¢ cans of paint from Target/Walmart.
They come in common flat colors. (white, gray, black)
At worst, you could use a can of that as your final top coat.
Painted up some replacement LNB support arms for a 3ABN dish a while back.
Used flat gray primer spray.
Couple of coats, and I was seriously surprised how professional it looked.
And actually, for everywhere but the dish-face, gloss would be fine.
