OTA Option?

The Hopper was rumored to get OTA option by this summer? Well been and gone so anyone know the word? Sorry if this has been recently covered. Admittedly I haven't been as attentive to the sight as usual. But wondering if this update is as illusive as the iPhone5? Thanks in advance to all that share.
