OTA Dish Anywhere App

I recently swapped a Hopper 2000 for a HWS and my OTA channels are not listed in the Dish Anywhere app?

OTA channels will show up if you are IP connected. I'm looking at my OTA channels on my phone app right now. If you have more than one Hopper, make sure you have the correct one selected.

I've got it connected to my network and both receivers are accessible via Dish Anywhere, but fails to show any OTA channels in the app's guide. Perhaps after its first nightly update they'll finally show up?

Yes, it takes at least 24 hours for everything to update. Especially for ota.

The only OTA channels I don't see on the Dish app are the ones which always show digital service in the guide.

The max amount of time it should take is about 10 minutes regardless of what you are doing, as long as you are IP connected. There is no reason it should take 24 hours. I would try refreshing the guide on DA.com, try refreshing your browser, log in and out, try another browser, clear browser history cache etc.

I'm using the ios app and have refreshed the guide and most of them now appear.

I ws referring to 24 hours after an installation. It takes an over night reboot to populate the ota information in the epg.
