OTA antenna help in Ohio

My zip is 44444.

I currently have an old Radio Shack boom antenna(Free) and a winegard 8275 pre amp.

My antenna will not pull in any of the Cleveland Stations except WKYC channel 3.

I am thinking of getting a channel master 3678. Will this antenna work for me? My main concern is WJW-DT. My local Fox station in Youngstown is not in HD.

Any help would be great.
