OTA and Favorites List

I searched and couldn't find this problem in other posts. After installing OTA module when I edited one of my favorites list and tried to save none of the three options(Save,Select All, Deselect All) were highlighted and instead of saving I unknowingly deselected all. Any ideas? The module has been installed for several weeks now and has been rebooted. This problem exists on the hopper and joey.

Most importantly, though not highlighted, the buttons still work.
