2 Tsp. brown sugar
1 Tsp. cane sugar
2 Tsp. seasoning salt
1 Tsp. sea salt
2 Tsp. Parsley flakes
2 Tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tsp. Cumin
2 Tsp. Oregeno
1 Tsp. Lemon & Pepper
1 Tsp. Lime Salt

Applied Rub and Great Value Spicy Mustard along with Kraft's Honey Smoke BBQ sauce about 20 minutes ago.

Drip Pan: 12 oz mix of Coor's Extra Gold & Apple Juice

Chips: Mix of Apple and Hickory

Ignition: 6:40 pm

(this was a spur of the moment deal as I was going to just apply rub and cook tomorrow, but the wind died down enough to be perfect for a cook...)

Applied Mix of Kraft's Think and Spicy Honey BBQ Sauce 40% & Great Value Spicy Brown Mustard 55% with Apple Cider Vinegar 5% 22 hours ago...

Chips: 60% apple 20% cherry 20% hickory
Drip Pan: 12 0z. Budweiser

Ignition: 2:25 pm
71F with wind gusts to 21 mph

Pulled at 4 pm, over cooked bottom rack...

Heres a little cook had in the middle of the week, I put two rib racks together to cook some ribs in the Holiday cooker...

Getting ready to smoke a turkey tomorrow afternoon, a little nervous. I don't have an injector, does anyone know if it makes that big of difference? If so I will buy one. Please advise and thanks for the welcome!

Marinate: 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/4 cup Apple Juice

Applied Marinate & Rub about 3 hours ago and placed in 1 Gallon Baggies

Chips used: Apple / Cherry mix with a sprinkling of Hickory

Poured marinate into drip pan...

Put mix of Krafts Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce, a little Apple Cider vinegar, a little Great Value Spicy Brown Mustard and a little Maple syrup on top...

Ignition Time 5:35

Pull Time 7 pm

Looks great. I wanted to use the smoker this weekend, but there just wasn't time. I'm glad someone got some good cooking done.
