If I decide to drop E, is it possible to only have the $9.99 HD pack after my 1 year term is up?
Say I want to jump back to cable, keep my 811 (and give my 522 back)-DHA, can I just keep HD pack o@ $9.99 and cancel my AEP or is there another pack I have to keep at the bare minimum?

Yes, it is possible. However, if you do not subscribe to a basic package, DISH may charge you a $5/month access charge.
