On Demand Question

I subscribe to the Showtime and Starz packages but when I attempt to download any On Demand offerings from this channel it says I need to call or go online to subscribe. Is there a separate subscription for the on demand for premiums?

Shouldn't need anything else ... mine both activated right away along with the rest of the on-demand channels.
