Well, until I hear otherwise, I believe that VOOM is failing to air the Olympics in these markets. AND, it just may be because VOOM failed to get permission. Maybe they never asked. Frankly, something doesn't add up. I'm beginning to think that nobody here has the real scoop and are only guessing. Some are angry at VOOM and are blaming VOOM while others want to support VOOMN and will come to their defense even to the point of fabricating stories and excuses but really, until someone can show me something official from VOOM as to why there is this inconsistency, I have to believe it is VOOM who dropped the ball for it's subscribers.
What I would believe here is that our station manager would deny all dbs providers, not allow two and deny the 3rd. The only exception to this is if there was a price set that D* and E* paid for the rights and VOOM chose not to.
